Focus Areas

We recognize that health disparities are not a result of an individual or group but centuries of systemic inequalities. We deliberately set our priorities for joining efforts across the nation in decreasing these gaps by targeting the social determinants of health and have established a quadruple aim:

  • Funding support to help increase access to quality education

  • Funding support to help increase access to economic stability

  • Funding support to help increase access to quality neighborhoods, environment, and social context

  • Funding support to help increase access to quality healthcare
